RobyTextBreather

Give text from an assistant room to breathe.

The problem

Text copied out of an AI assistant and pasted into a document looks like a wall. The paragraphs, the bullet points, the headings and the sections all sit on top of each other with no room between them.

The content is fine. It is the spacing that makes it hard to read, and fixing it by hand means clicking through the whole document adding blank lines.

The solution

Paste the text in, and it comes out with the spacing a person would have added — paragraphs separated, headings given room, lists that read as lists.

What it does

  • Adds visual breathing room between paragraphs, headings, sections and bullet points.
  • Keeps the formatting that was already there rather than flattening it.
  • Returns text ready to paste straight into a document.

How it works

  • Copy from the assistant, paste into the tool, take the result.
  • The rules are deterministic: the same text in always produces the same text out. Nothing is invented, nothing is rewritten, nothing is summarised.

Why it is useful

Dense text does not get read. Spacing is not decoration — it is what lets the eye find the start of the next idea.

It costs nothing to run. There is no AI behind it, so there are no tokens to spend and no key to hold.
